By creating an account or using Fitly AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Fitly AI provides AI-assisted fitness coaching, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking. Features and plans may change over time. We offer a free tier and paid plans (Premium and Pro) with additional features.

3. Health disclaimer

Fitly AI provides general fitness and nutrition information and is not medical advice. The calorie targets, macros, and workout suggestions are estimates. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet or exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the service.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
