When you create a Fitly AI account we collect your email and the profile details you provide during onboarding (age, gender, height, weight, goals, activity level, and workout preferences). As you use the app we store the health and fitness data you log — weight, blood pressure, mood, workouts, and nutrition entries.

2. How we use your information

We use your data to operate the service: to calculate your personalized calorie and macro targets, generate workout and meal guidance, power the AI coach, and show your progress over time. We do not sell your personal data.

3. AI processing

To provide AI coaching, relevant context from your profile and recent activity may be sent to our AI providers to generate responses. We do not use this content to train third-party models.

4. Data storage & security

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access is restricted to systems and personnel required to operate the service.

5. Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your account data at any time from your profile settings, or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our active systems.
